Just a note: We are an "Old World- Mom & Pop" Bakeshop. 

We make all our pies from scratch, which includes our own pie dough

and cooked fruit fillings & custards. Our pumpkin pies are hand-poured

in the oven. Aaron & Eli, the 4th generation are pictured here working on

 our original 1930 maple wood benches. With a rolling pin, a pastry brush 

and their 2 hands, the Thanksgiving Holiday comes to life. They put their

 heart & soul into the craft and livelihood that has been handed down to 

them from their Great-Grandfather, Grandfather, and Father. Placing an order helps us to calculate our ingredients and cook enough fruits for the demand of the week, but walk-in customers are always appreciated! In a highly commercialized world, we invite you to take a step back in time...
