Oktoberfest

It's September and Oktoberfest Season is here! And if you're German, you'll know... we're not early but right on time! Oktoberfest in Munich-Germany, begins in September and ends on the first Sunday in October each year. The two week long festival was moved from October to September for better weather and longer daylight hours, but the name stayed part of the festival's tradition OKTOBERFEST! Here at Haegele's, we are so proud of our German Heritage and the history of our bakery, that Oktoberfest has become one of our favorite times of the year. We get to showcase our German specialties on a daily basis. Though most of them are made throughout the year, some are made to order only, some are only in the store on certain days, and a few are only in the store at Oktoberfest. Check out our German Specialties page too!
