We are a
full-line bakeshop making everything from bread & rolls to fancy decorated cakes. All our items are made fresh on our premise from scratch recipes that have withstood the test of time. With variety as a signature, our menu changes from day to day, week to week, and season to season. Some items like Sticky-Buns are made every day, while others like Fastnachts are made just once a year. The following is only a summary of our baking repertoire.

About Our Decorated Cakes
There's alot of choices when ordering a cake from Haegele's. Our
Pound Cake is available in: "plain" vanilla, chocolate-chip, orange, or marble. Our
Frosting flavors are: vanilla (buttercream), milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or orange. Our
Layer Cakes are available in: vanilla, chocolate, orange, chocolate-chip, or 2-tone (choc/vanilla) with the same choice of frosting as listed above. With layer cake, there is a layer of filling between the two layers of cake. The standard filling is usually vanilla frosting but other frosting flavors or fruit fillings can be ordered. Examples of fruit fillings include lemon, apricot, strawberry, raspberry, and pineapple. We offer a wide variety of
Whipped Cream Cakes which include Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Whipped-Cream, Vanilla Whipped-Cream, Lemon Whipped-Cream, Black Forest, German-Chocolate, Bavarian Cream, Italian Rum, German Butter Sponge, and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Depending upon the number of servings needed, all our cakes are available in round, 1/2 sheet, or full sheet cakes.
